| Thijs Aarten graduated from Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands) in 1980. After serving in the military, Thijs began his professional career in 1981, where he subsequently worked for various companies of Royal Dutch Shell, Royal Pakhoed/Vopak, and Shell Global Solutions. In May, 2006, Thijs joined KEMA as a member of its Executive Board. He was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board & CEO on May 1, 2011, and on February 29, 2012, CEO of DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability and member of the Executive Committee of the DNV Group, headquartered in Høvik, Norway. Thijs has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Singapore, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and China, and currently operates out of Arnhem, the Netherlands. |

| Hans van Haarst has over 25 years’ experience in international management in the chemical and process industry. Prior to joining AkzoNobel, Van Haarst worked for ExxonMobil and Accenture. Van Haarst also holds various managerial positions, among others at the Institute for Sustainable Process Technology (ISPT) and Stichting NAP (Dutch platform for the process industry chain). Van Haarst graduated in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. |

| Elisabeth Harstad has 25 years of experience in strategic management, line and project management, studies, reviews and design related to offshore as well as land based process related activities. Prior to joining DNV KEMA, Harstad was the managing director of DNV Research & Innovation, focusing on new knowledge and services. |

| Jos Huijbregts has over 20 years of international experience in various financial positions. Before joining Infinitas Learning, he worked for a number of companies, including Getronics, Christie’s International (Amsterdam, Paris and New York) and Randstad, where his duties included leading the merger and acquisition program in Europe and Asia. Huijbregts graduated in Econometrics from the VU University Amsterdam and has completed the Advanced Management Programs at both INSEAD and Harvard University. |
