Power generation and industrial processes result in the release of large amounts of CO2 into the air.

International treaties and national legislation regulate the amounts that can be released. One of the challenges is to capture and transport the CO2 that is produced. The realization of emission reduction depends on technological advances and innovative strategies. And KEMA is working with commercial and research partners around the world to expedite the necessary technological and strategic progress in this field.
